Employees also enjoy eleven paid holidays off each year, and have the ability to earn an additional day off for participating in community service.

Life & Disability Benefits

Brother provides Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, as well as both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability to all eligible employees. These benefits are provided by Brother at no cost to you.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees can redirect a portion of their pay into a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) so that it can be used for eligible health care or dependent care related expenses. The money that goes into an FSA is deducted on a pre-tax basis, which decreases taxable income and potentially increases spendable income.
