All Brother employees have access to LinkedIn Learning, which issues certificates for completion. Employees can also take advantage of dedicated learning days - a half day each quarter devoted to supporting employee development.

Our Development Philosophy introduces and reinforces new skills through a proven combination of the Three E's - Experience, Exposure, and Education - in a 70-20-10 allocation.

In addition to LinkedIn Learning, employees have access to a library of On Demand classes and resources through Brother University. Everything from Sales and Marketing to Communication and Business resources are accessible anytime. Open Enrollment Certificate Programs
Similar to college courses, Brother certificate programs provide a structured schedule of facilitated classes and personal instruction to achieve a well-rounded overview of a subject. Currently, employees have access to "Communicating With Impact" and "Lead From Where You Are" as open enrollment programs.
