At Brother, we invite structured career development conversations between managers and employees and maintaining an open dialog about career goals. All Brother employees have access to LinkedIn Learning, which issues certificates for completion. Employees can also take advantage of dedicated learning days - a half day each quarter devoted to supporting employee development.

In addition to LinkedIn Learning, employees have access to a library of On Demand classes and resources through Brother University. Everything from Sales and Marketing to Communication and Business resources are accessible anytime. Open Enrollment Certificate Programs
Similar to college courses, Brother certificate programs provide a structured schedule of facilitated classes and personal instruction to achieve a well-rounded overview of a subject. Currently, employees have access to "Communicating With Impact" and "Lead From Where You Are" as open enrollment programs.

This full-time entry-level career development program provides the necessary training for a successful career in the technology sales industry. This role is account management-oriented and does not require cold calls. By the time you’ve completed our Sales Development Program, you’ll have become a Brother sales expert, traveled the country meeting our customers, and will be ready for the next step in your Brother sales career.
