Spectrum Spectrum advocates for LGBTQ+ employees, communities and customers, with the goal of increasing awareness, creating resources and helping to inform internal practices, fostering an inclusive culture and expanding outreach.


LIDER (Latinx Initiatives Driving Excellence and Responsibility) promotes, encourages and develops Latin Culture at Brother and within our community by providing resources that foster an environment of empowerment and inclusion.
