From our Employee Resource Groups to the Culture Activation Team, and our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, we continue to cultivate an environment where everyone feels connected, valued and appreciated.
Providing education and development opportunities that promote diversity, equity and inclusion is essential to building a culture that aligns with our values. Brother provides a wide array of leadership trainings, discussion workshops, facilitated and on-demand learning opportunities and certification programs, dedicated to the growth and development of all employees.
Our Ethics and Compliance Department provides training to ensure employees know how the Code of Conduct and policies apply to their role. This department develops robust policies and procedures that support a diverse and inclusive culture, and enforces policices to maintain an environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about concerns.
Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are the heartbeat of our diverse and inclusive culture at Brother. These voluntary groups not only embody our Shared Values and Strategic Culture Drivers, but they also contribute to our dynamic community.

WaysWays (Women at your side) cultivates an inclusive environment that supports and encourages women to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, collaboration and discussion.
WeAreBRAAVE presents useful concepts to empower and encourage elevating Black voices to connect, engage and collaborate within team settings in efforts to advance more inclusive and diverse perspectives within the organization.
SpectrumSpectrum advocates for LGBTQ+ employees, communities and customers, with the goal of increasing awareness, creating resources and helping to inform internal practices, fostering an inclusive culture and expanding outreach.
LIDER (Latinx Initiatives Driving Excellence and Responsibility) promotes, encourages and develops Latin Culture at Brother and within our community by providing resources that foster an environment of empowerment and inclusion.
