The Role at a Glance
We're seeking an experienced Total Rewards leader to help support the design and implementation of a synchronized cross-border rewards strategy amidst our exciting transition to a new Americas-wide HRIS/HCM solution. Lend your benefits, compensation, and career architecture (and job slotting) insights as we bring the United States and our subsidiaries in Canada and Latin America into one HR information system.
A strong familiarity and background in sales compensation plan creation and international harmonization of job leveling will be crucial for this role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve in a consultative capacity alongside our compensation and benefits management, in the design phase of our Project to transition from Workday to Dayforce (Ceridian)
- Report into the Vice President, Human Resources and provide insights, guidance, and strategic direction on compensation plans, benefits offerings, policy frameworks (such as for PTO and leaves), and the establishment of an Americas career architecture standard
- Discover, design, and propose enhancements to the US sales compensation plans across 5 business units, that will attract and retain talent and incent sales behaviors and results
Key Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, and strategy
- Global benefit and compensation experience in Latin America and Canada
- Experience serving as the voice of compensation and/or benefits in an HRIS/HCM implementation project
- Ability to lead through complexity and engage with executives, at times navigating through conflicting priorities toward a single shared organizational goal
- Strong Excel skills (i.e. lookups, pivot tables) and data analysis with attention to efficiency and continuous improvement
Compensation & Schedule for This Role
- The target pay rate for this assignment is $65 - $80 per hour, commensurate on experience
- This assignment is estimated for a 6 month to 9 month duration, dependent on business need (full time hours, 40 hours per week)
- This role will maintain a hybrid schedule, on-site in our Bridgewater NJ office at least 3 days a week, working remotely up to 2 days a week, dependent on business need.

About Where We Work
Brother’s corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA. Additionally, our outside sales teams work remotely within their territories, staying geographically close to the accounts they support to ensure they are always “at your side” for our customers.
